Cancellation by Customer:

Customers can cancel their package plan at any time. Refunds, if any, will be processed according to the refund policy specific to the package plan.

Cancellation by Workspace:

The workspace reserves the right to terminate the package plan without notice for violations of these terms and conditions or for non-payment of fees. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

Refund Policy:

Before Expiry of Package:
1. Refunds will be issued as SABE Wallet Credit for any remaining balance after deducting the cost of reserved shifts, regardless of attendance.
2. An additional 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the remaining balance.

After Expiry of Package:
No refunds will be provided in any form once the package has expired.

Wallet Credit Terms:

1. Credits can be used within the next 365 days from the date of cancellation.
2. Credits are valid for use at SABE HUB only, applicable for both the Café and WorkSpace.

These cancellation and refund aim to create a harmonious and productive environment for all customers of the workspace. By agreeing to these terms, customers commit to upholding the standards and contributing positively to the shared space.
